The Dashboard is your central hub for managing virtual machines (VMs) or bare metal instances, monitoring account activity, and handling billing operations. Below is a detailed breakdown of each section, along with actions you can take.
The Rentals section is where you can view and manage all your active, stopped, or terminated instances.
All Rental Instances: Clicking this button opens a detailed page listing all instances.
Navigate to the Rentals section of your Dashboard for a summary of your rental instances.
Click the All Rental Instances button to access the full management interface.
The Alerts section provides notifications about important events and account updates, ensuring you stay informed.
Low Balance Alerts: Get notified when your organization’s balance is running low, so you can deposit funds in time.
Check this section regularly for updates.
Take necessary actions, such as adding funds or addressing instance-related issues.
The Account section displays your account details and provides access to account settings for updates and configuration.
Email Address: Your account’s associated email is shown here.
Organization Name: Displays the name of the organization linked to your account.
Account Settings: Clicking this button redirects you to the Account Settings page.
Use this section to quickly check your email or organization name.
Click Account Settings to manage personal or organization-related settings.
The Billing section provides tools to monitor and manage your organization’s finances.
Organization Balance: Displays your current balance, letting you know how much credit is available.
Deposit Funds: Quickly add funds to your account using various payment methods.
Manage Automations: Configure automatic workflows, such as scheduled fund deposits or low-balance notifications.
Billing History: View a detailed transaction history, including deposits, payments, and usage costs.
Monitor your organization’s balance to secure uninterrupted service.
Click Deposit Funds to top up your account.
Use Billing History for a transparent view of all past transactions.
