Order Status
During your order lifecycle, your order can be in several statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Not Ready | Your account is missing a SSH key and/or a payment method. |
Eligible | You've placed an order and have a valid payment method or a sufficient balance. |
Winning | You are on deck to receive machines when enough machines from the current pool are freed up. It will usually take about 15 minutes to reach an Active status. |
Allocating | Your nodes are being allocated. The length of this process will depend on the size of your order. |
Paused | **Your nodes are ready, but we will not charge your account until you manually activate your order. If 24 hours pass without activation, your order will become Active automatically. |
Active | Your orders are in use and you are currently being charged. |
Closing | *Your instance was deleted and your order will be canceled soon. |
*After your order has been Closed, the nodes are wiped and then reprovisioned.
**An order in a Paused state will automatically become Active after 24 hours.
